Things to Remember
Please send you child with the correct equipment on the following days:
Monday – Outdoor PE kit
Tuesday – Indoor PE kit
Thursday – Homework and Spellings to be handed in.
Friday – Homework and Spellings to be handed out.
Everyday – Reading book
If you need any support or have any questions regarding how you can support your child’s learning at home or require further resources please speak to you child’s class teacher.
Parent Partnerships
We welcome any opportunities for parents to share their skills and knowledge.
Reading
Please listen to your child read at home every day and record this in your child’s reading record. If your child would like their book changed, please as them to place the finished book in the basket near the classroom door, each morning.
Times tables
In Year 4, your child will be assessed on their knowledge of times tables up to 12 x 12. Please support your child by encouraging them to go on times tables Rock Stars for a minimum of 5 minutes per day to improve their fluency.
